Default Client orders - shipping and handling

When clients order how much shipping and handling do you charge them? Do you charge shipping and handling on every order, just at the makeup class or only on mailouts and deliveries?

Does anyone on this board use Stamps.com and do you like that service?

Thanks!

The only time I charge shipping and handling to my customers is when I have a special sale that allows them to get the product a big discount.

I've heard others give free shipping on orders over $40 and then just have a flat rate for all order below that.

I do not charge shipping. And if I don't have the product in stock, I use the MK Customer Delivery Service.
