You're correct Sparkler. As a consultant, you earn 4% on your first two team members, then with 3 promote to red jacket etc.
Most directors that I know don't hold skin care classes, so they are generating their income from commisisions earned from consultant buying products.

Once again you have hit the bull's eye (no pun intended). When I was starting out as a "red hot red jacket" - I did receive a small commission on the two team members I had. MK does have good products but as I have said many times before, just be careful of the very alluring pink quicksand called DEBT.
