Smile Brand Spankin' New Rep!

Hi All! I've been lurking on these message boards for some time now while trying to make my decision as to whether I was ready to take the plunge into Direct Sales. After a lot of research and soul searching I've decided to join Lia Sophia and actually signed up tonight!

I met my Manager at a party I attended in November and was immediately blown away by her casual and no-pressure sales attitude. I not only wanted to buy from her, I wanted to join her team!

I'm super excited to get started and have my "starter party" scheduled for next month. Any advice/success stories you would be willing to share would help me greatly!!

TIA!!

Mindy

Welcome! I'm a new advisor too, and so glad I chose lia sophia! This forum is a great resource, with tons of support and helpful information from all the other ladies here.

Best wishes for a successful 2012!

Thx Kim! I just received my starter kit in the mail today and am astonished at the number of jewelry pieces included! Although I am super excited to start my business, it is amazing that this jewelry is the advisor's to keep, free and clear, regardless of your success. I can see maybe 3 or 4 pieces as a reasonable startup, but wow! Very impressive!

I am also very reassured at the quality of the pieces since I've now been able to get an up close look. I can't wait to start wearing it! And I agree at how great these boards are. I imagine I'll be checking in often!

Good luck with your business!

Mindy

Default Good luck

The best way to get a good start is to have a plan. Do you have all that stuff wrote down?
I dont know what it is but I seem to really do a lot better achieving what I want to when I write stuff down.

Default Thanks!

I do have a plan. I've started practicing my presentation and have outlined some hostess gifts/booking incentives ideas. I've ordered some little things to give away to new purchasing customers and have some interesting ideas for displaying my jewelry. My starter party is Feb 4th and I already have two shows booked after that. I am ready to go!
