Default ? about multiple zeros

Hi-
I have a question @ the numeric que. Do we key all the zero's ie;0000000000, or do we just key 1 zero? It states this for the dollars only but not for the numeric. I've been keying them all and I think they are wrong.
Thanks.

Yes, you do key all of the zero's when you are in the numeric que.

Something is wrong. I really think that in the numeric area we are supposed to key all the zeros. The instructions say: Key all numbers (including leading zeroes). Am I understanding it wrong. What is everyone else doing?

My example was:
snippet: 0000000000, in the numeric que. I was keying all zeros as well and noticed they were unconfirmed and stayed that way. And KFC's response was to key only one zero, I sent them an example as well. IDK I have'nt had anymore of these but wanted others input.

Default The email from KFC

>I have a question about how to key the zero’s in numeric queue. I did not see instructions for keying numeric but I did however, see an example in dollars only and we key 1 zero for multiples, is it the same for numeric as well? An example would be: 0000000000. Do we key all zero’s or just 1 zero? Not sure and just would like some clarification. Thank you in advance for your help

Thank you for contacting Key for Cash.

one zero.

FYI-The email sent to KFC. IDK maybe they misunderstood the question being asked.

Under numeric I key all the 0's. It says to key all numbers, so I do. There is a check under numeric of 000 000 000 and I key it as 000000000 and it is approved.

HTH,
