Default Minimum amount to receive a check

There is one amount given in the "accounts" section of their page and a completely different amount given in the "program agreement." I sent them an email but I am curious if anyone knows which amount is correct. Thank you.

The amount to receive a check if you were hired after August (I forget exact date) of 2009 is only $20.00. The amount was lowered for new keyers to reflect the new keying rate they were hired at.
