Newbie here again ...once your hired ... what do the actual jobs your doing look like? What are you doing? Is it work for a bank or something? Just typing in numbers and letters?

That's what I loved about taking it, because it got me familiar with what I would actually be doing once I got hired. The work you do is probably work that was already done and they rescanned it and use it for the test. But it is a very good way to find out what people's skill level is before they hire you.
