Blank snippets? Help

I received an e-mail from keyforcash saying that i was entrying blank snippets wrong. My acct is under review and will be closed if i keep keying them incorrectly. They failed to tell me what i was doing wrong however and my questions have gone unanwersed. So I'm asking all of you how you entry blank snippets.... it sounds simple but here is the problem. If you are keying in numbers and all of the numbers are inside blocks when you get a snippet with just blocks do you entry that as blank of just skip it. Then in dollars and cents if you get a snippet with a dot on it ( to devide dollars from cents) do you entry that as blank or not. To me they are blank and if you key it that way they don't have to go through them or send around again to see if they can be read. Just trying to get it right..... I don't want my account closed, but i don't want to stop keying just because they won't e-mail me back..... Please tell me how you key the above examples if you would and hopefully I won't have my account closed because of this gray area. Thanks a lot

If the boxes are empty it is considered blank, same with dollars and cents with just the dot.

That is the way i have always done them..... but this is my letter.

1) Keying instruction lines in snippets that are clearly blank should be keyed by pressing the / key.

This is my 3rd year with kfc and this is the 1st letter like this i have ever gotten. I also think that blank boxes and dots in dollars in cents should be keyed as blank, but then i got this... you can see my confussion. My husband said just do the opposite of what you where doing is they don't answer.....

I would like to stay with KFC but I don't know what to do if they don't answer me.

That is the correct way.

The only other thing I can think of is you are keying line numbers that should be keyed as blanks. There have been lots of them lately.

Thank you for your help.... I hope i don't get the boot. I have been with kfc for some time now and sometimes its hard to know if you are doing things correctly or not. I've never gotten any kind of e-mail from them before (except to start working with them) so this was a surprise. I do remember there being a lot of snippets with sm numbers on the far left and i may have entered them not realizing that they where line numbers i'm not sure now. So i am back to keying like before and hoping that was the problem.
