help please
in taking the evaluation test, when will you know that it's blank, is it when there's no dots or anything on the box? i'm really confused. please help me.

Hopefully someone else will give you input on this one. But I consider it blank when there is nothing in the box, absolutely clean but that is just me.

I consider an empty box as Blank - when there is nothing there. One dot or an empty square / squares where normally you should see numbers is also a Blank. Anything unreadable is Skip.
