Questions about becoming a Just Jewelry consultant

Hi there! I am thinking about being a consultant for a jewelry company and I really like the look of Just Jewelry's pieces. I only viewed the catalog online though so I have no way of knowing about the quality, etc. I was surprised to see how inexpensive everything is and love the low cost! Silpada is so expensive and Premier Designs I feel is overpriced as well.

Anyway, could anyone assist me with this by answering a few questions that I have:

1. The comp plan I see is 50% commission from all sales. If you get consultants to sign-up under you is there a comp. plan for that as well, meaning do you get a percentage of their sales?

2. The start-up kit- on the company's website it shows several different kits at different prices and also states that you can select your own pieces but you must spend a minimum of $250. Do you purchase the jewelry for the listed prices in the catalog or do you get a discount?

3. If I decided to do this how would I go about signing-up under someone?

4. I read that they also have scarves and some other things but I don't see this in the catalog. Is that in a separate catalog? How is the quality and pricing?

5. How long has everyone been selling for this company, are you happy with your decision and how profitable has it been for you?

Yes, we earn a commission on anyone we recruit, starting with the very first one!! No need to earn a title change before getting a downline commission!

Do you purchase the jewelry for the listed prices in the catalog or do you get a discount? That $250 (the ONLY time there is a minimum order amount) is the consultant cost, which is 50% of the retail price.

3. If I decided to do this how would I go about signing-up under someone? You would go to the person's JJ website and click on "Join Our Team". It's a simple process and you'll have immediate access to your back office!

4. I read that they also have scarves and some other things but I don't see this in the catalog. Is that in a separate catalog? How is the quality and pricing? Those items are limited quantity and not shown in any catalog but are available for consultants to order and include in their inventory or create a flyer to show customers. Quality and pricing on ALL our products are amazing! Scarves are $18 and Sunglasses are $16 and of course you know the price of the jewelry items.

5. How long has everyone been selling for this company, are you happy with your decision and how profitable has it been for you? I have been with Just Jewelry for 2 1/2 years and promoted to Team Leader and have team mates from all over the country! When I first signed on I was number 485 and now we have around 2500 which leaves plenty of room for growth! I meet people all the time who have never heard of our company and LOVE our jewelry and prices.
