Hi there,
Typically on the Jewelry Companies folder we would have a monthly thread (JUST ONE for all companies) where you could do specials, and periodically a "Tell me about your company" thread so if someone was looking they could look in ONE place - that usually starts with a set list of questions about the company, which all the companies will answer (once per company, whoever is first). That seemed to work very well - will see if that is OK over here!
