I am a Premier Designs Jeweler and I absolutely love the company! The support system is great, the people are great.. you can always call each other for advice, encouragement, help, borrow jewelry..etc.

Premier Designs Jewelers receive 50% in retail sales, you get paid the night of your shows. Average jewelers are making roughly about $200 or more a show per week. I do a minimum of 3 shows a week and average about $800 or more a week.. sometimes I do more shows and sometimes I do less...just depends what I have going with my family.

There is no inventory or quotas.. jewelry gets shipped to the hostess and is packaged by each person who ordered. Shipping is always $4 no matter what the total is.

Premier has a great hostess plan!
Hostesses receive 30% in retail sales in FREE jewelry
Plus.. $25 for holding your original date
Plus.. $25 for having 10 or more guests ages 18 and older
Plus.. $25 for having $100 advanced order
Plus.. $25 for having 3 bookings at the show

So if you have a $400 show, you get 30% of that in FREE jewelry, so $120, plus hostesses receive $100 in bonuses.. so $220 in FREE jewelry!
