Default Which company?

I have been looking at Just Jewelry and Guy and Eva, if anyone could tell me the pros and cons of both that would be great. I seem to like the jewelry in both company's. I'm just not sure about which one to choose!

What are you looking for in a company and what attracted you to these two?

Good question Liz. Just Jewelry and Guy and Eva are totally two different jewelry companies on the spectrum.

I just really like the look of the jewelry with Guy and Eva, so I think I'm leaning toward them but still not sure.

Hey there!
I'd love to speak with you to give you some more detail. I can really only tell you about Guy & Eva, as I'm only a bit familiar with the other. But I would get the info you're looking for and then weigh out what will suit your needs better. I have been with Guy & Eva since we started, and it's been wonderful. The growth potential is huge right now because we are still very new, and I think we are getting much more exposure now that when we first came out. Our teams our growing and are sprouting up all over the US! Of course I will tell you what a blessing this has been for me and my family, but in the end, you have to do what works for you.

I also responded with more detail to your post in the G&E folder, just an FYI

Best of luck to you in whatever you decide!

I researched Guy and Eva myself in spring/summer 2011. I really did like the jewelry as well. Ultimately I went with bcharmed. Love at first sight I guess.

I ask because sometimes people bring up these two companies because they perceive earnings to be greater in companies with Potential for 50% commission rates. As many reps here know, that's not necessarily the case. Some companies have much higher sales at their parties than others.

In any case, go with the company you can be passionate about that you believe delivers good value and has an appealing product and is supportive of their reps.

Understand there is a BIG difference between a model where you sell your inventory and one where you have no inventory. Understand all the costs you cover vs. the ones the company provides. Those questions will help you understand the true costs of each business as well.

I agree with Liz........if you are passionate about the product and company, you don't need pushed to succeed, your passion will pull you there!

I, obviously, am partial to Just Jewelry. I love the freedom I have to run my business in the way that works for me personally. I carry inventory because I choose to. I have members on my team who only do catalog parties, and others who concentrate on vendor fairs.

I also love the missions and Christian values the company supports. I could go on and on but it's hard to type on my tiny Android keyboard

I also looked at many different jewelry companies before I decided to join Guy & Eva. I looked growth potential, the jewelry styles, earnings and extras, and support the company and other advisors have for each other.

For me Guy & Eva was an easy choice. There is no one else in my state selling it and I love the jewelry and all the wonderful support I get from Guy & Eva and all the wonderful advisors. Guy & Eva is not a cut throat business, everyone wants each other to succeed. That's the kind of person I am. For me, that's what counts for me to be successful.

Default Awesome Jewelry Company

I sell Premier Designs because I needed to make extra money when I lost my job and was living off just my husbands income. What attracted me the most to Premier was not just the gorgeous jewelry, but Premier is literally like a family..there was no competition with each other. Everyone is there to encourage you, help you succeed, borrow displays if your just starting up..etc.

There is no quotas, no inventory, no territories and no deliveries to make. Shipping is always $4 no matter what the total is and jewelry gets shipped to the Hostess and she distributes the jewelry. Each show you do you automatically get paid 50% of whatever you sell, no matter what the total is! At the end of each show you put the orders in and you only send Premier half of the retail sales along with the full amount of tax and the $4 shipping.

If you have questions, please let me know. I'm here to help anyone.
