LOL Amy. I've also used an easy bake oven but never a toaster oven to make cookies.

I taught my oldest son to make cookies to bake in our toaster oven...we love them! You just need to find the best length of time to leave them in.... I love it because there's no prewarming the oven....and in the summer time, our house doesn't get heated since we put our toaster oven on the back porch.
