TGI Fridays is really good. There are also a number of local restaurants that are really good too.

As for chains, I really like Cracker Barrel. They have great dinners and breakfasts and feed you so much.

My favorite restaurant(s) are hole-in-the-wall type places. You know, the mom-and-pop type that make homemade food. As far as a national chain, I honestly don't have one that I can truly say I 'love'.

Like a few others posting here, my favorite restaurants are not chains. In my town, there is an amazing family run Vietnamese restaurant called The Peacock. Food made only when you order it, and really fresh. Really healthy & delicious food.

My other favorite is a dinner house, The Mesquite Tree, that has been around for many, many years. It was originally a house, so it has several dining rooms. Fabulous food & service, and a fun atmosphere with all sorts of western memorabilia on the walls. (I live near Tombstone - of Gunfight at the OK Corral fame.)
