I love sweet stuff so I'd say cinnamon rolls or something like that. I found a website of healthy recipes, so this year I'm trying a healthy version of bananas foster, overnight, french toast casserole for Christmas morning. I hope my kids like it - they're picky. The recipe website is skinnytaste.com. They have some good stuff on there. My husband also wants me to make the creme brulee french toast so I might do that for another morning while he's out of work for the holidays.

We usually make a breakfast casserole. But I'd like to make some
cinnamon rolls for a change, that sounds good

Fresh baked cinnamon rolls is always a great breakfast idea. I would also suggest cinnamon spice pancakes and with different toppings to choose from. I know it's considered an everyday breakfast meal but you can always hook it up with Christmas colored toppings.

We are doing breakfast casseroles on Christmas Eve this year instead of Christmas morning. Since Christmas morning is on Sunday, we will be really rushed to try and make it to church.

It's cold here, so some type of comfort food would be good for Christmas breakfast, in my opinion. I have to agree that a breakfast casserole would be good. My kids love a breakfast 'pizza', made with crescent roll dough, egg, cheese and bacon, so that is probably what I will make.

I was thinking of doing a cinnamon roll cake...it's fairly easy to make. I made it for our Church's Christmas dinner and it was delicious.

Here's the recipe I used:
