Question what kind of treats are you baking for the holidays

next Friday is my main bake day of the year to make cookies (choco chip, peanut butter with kisses on top, pumpkin, oatmeal raisin, oatmeal choco chip, choco chip oreo, choco chip with nuts, white chocolate macadamia and whatever else I come up with), brownies, chocolate dipped pretzels, strawberry's, oreos, fudge etc.. for Christmas

What are you baking up I need more ideas..

Well, my oven is broken and I don't know if it will get fixed before Christmas! So, I've been brainstorming goodies I can make without baking. I've come up with:

No bake chocolate oatmeal cookies
Dark & white chocolate dipped pretzels
Healthy "rice crispy" treats
Healthy fudge
Chocolate mousse (my 6 yr old's very favorite)
No bake cheesecake
Chocolate bark

I did order a cake pop maker for my son, but those will have to wait until at least Christmas day!

Iced almond bars (they are a pain to make but daughters favorite)

Peppernuts (small, crunchy like a cornnut and about the size of a fingernail) also a pain to make but kids cant get enough of them

Sugarplum loaves (homemade bread from scratch)
Cinnamon Bread (again homemade bread from scratch)

I adore baking
