Default FAT facts in food

Hi Every one, I know the main stream media always tells us how bad fat is, but me and my wife run into this book, it is well worth reading.

Please check this out: The Weston A. Price Foundation

Its really wiled, we are now drinking milk direct from the cow, my wife is making yogurt, and we have lots of good butter.

I will love to head responses regarding other peoples ideas about the matter.

Thanks Eco.

Well, the information is really interesting, but still I heard milk (even natural one) is good only for children, and digestion system of adults is not ready to work with it

I have never been concerned about fat. I enjoy milk straight from the cow. I hate 2%. =)

From all the research I've read we have made many changes to our diet. We don't drink milk unless its Raw. Milk isn't necessary for children. Calcium enriched food on the other hand is very important. Thanks for sharing the article.

Or, try this link. Facts about Fats
or, Fat - get the facts

I liked reading both negative and positive sides of the topic of Fat. It's always good to see both sides to every topic.

As a kid I had milk straight from the cow that my grandparents had. I turned out ok (so I'm told ). I heard and read so many times though that adults shouldn't drink milk that way. I don't know if all these articles are paid for by the companies that do the pasteurization or if they are real... Had to know these days what's good for you and what's not because everybody's selling something.
