Smile Raw milk

I like the info by the Weston Price foundation.

But where would I be able to get raw milk???

Way back when I was a kid in Germany, that's what we had, straight from the cow ;-)

And it tasted great too!

that's definitey TRUE! we can't trust anybody nowadays. some says this is good while the other says it is not..so which is true and not? so you have to be very careful in everything especially when it comes to you and your family's health. anyway thank you fro the info...i'll check on it later...

Sounds a little scary to me... straight from the cow... like it would be warm? Hrmm...

I agree, It's hard to trust nowadays because of of course it's their form of advertising. We just have to be vigilant and do some little research via online if we are in doubt.

Milk is an opaque white liquid produced by the mammals. It provides the primary source of nutrition for young mammals before they are able to digest other types of food.Cow's milk contains, on average, 3.4% protein, 3.6% fat, and 4.6% lactose, 0.7% minerals[31] and supplies 66 kcal of energy per 100 grams. So no harm to take non fat free milk.
