Me too! Buy the Libby's variety that says pie, rather than the variety that just says pumpkin and it's even easier. Turns out great and couldn't be any easier! The instructions are on the back of the can so you'll know exactly what to buy while you're at the market.

I have always used the recipe on the pumpkin pie can too. It turns out really good. I get the big can that makes 2 pies. Try it.
