There is a good answer here although I never realized I needed to take foods cooked with eggs into consideration:

How many eggs can your kids eat?

General dietary recommendations from the American Heart Association are that adults eat no more than 3-4 eggs yolks each week. There aren't any formal recommendations for children, but like adults, it is recommended that children limit their intake of cholesterol to 300mg each day. Since an egg contains about 213mg of cholesterol, eating eggs too often can cause your child to have a diet that is high in cholesterol.

Default I had left to eat eggs.

I had eaten eggs a lot. I am now vegetarian. I do not like to eat eggs. Whenever I see the eggs, I feel so sad about those eggs. I think that They could become the life.

Vegetable proteins are good, (peanut butter, nuts, legumes, etc.), even excellent, sources of protein, but it seems as though we need an extra boost of iron - hence we are an omnivorous species. The yolk might be 'yucky' (my son likes it with salt - hates the whites), but undeniably the healthiest part.

As long as a child's appetite is healthy and diet is relatively varied - the parents shouldn't be too worried.

Agreed. Don't worry too much. At least it's not candy or TV, ha.
