Okay I am just searching for ideas and would appreciate any feedback!I have a 13 month old and another on the way in December. With my son I was able to stay home for 9 mos while selling group health care plans (it didn't work out) but it was a struggle. I am now working full time but when the next one is born I don't want towork outside the home.I need to make about $2500 per month for us to be okay. I have six months to find something to do that won't run me ragged!!!

Just as a background, I started my own business embroidering bibs and burp cloths, have sold tupperware, was also a Southern Living At Home Rep. I am a licensed insurance agent, with a sales, banking, finance, training and marketing backgorund. Ithink I have burned out my family and friends in my business escapades b/c they have been so supportive but feel that this is my last shot so I am so nervous in deciding what would work best for us. My husband is also a new real estate agent and I was thinking to join him.

I know that most of you are also searching for wahm employment/opportunities but I am new to this board and have spent hours and hours reading all of the info and am just overwhelmed looking for an answer. I feel so vulnerable b/c I am such a believer and have spent so much $ thinking it's ony $10,it's only $20 what do I have to loose if it's the answer.......

Since you have a set amount you NEED to make each month I would suggest you either go ahead with your plan to join your husband in real estate since you will have pretty flexible hours and the pay is good or start your own daycare. You could make that amount with 5-6 children depending on your area. Anything else is going to take more than 6 mos to get up and running and or not make enough money for you.

Hi Charlie's mom.

Like you I had searched for the right fit for me in terms of a home based business. What I am involved in now could help you reach your specific goal systematically in a step by step process. Feel free to contact me for more details!

I am not sure if the business that I have partnered up with you interests you or not. ..but I thought I would "point " you to my website and let you decide. We have a lot in common. My children are older than yours..BUT I have a goal of making $2500 a month in 6 months and I am currently on track to do that. Also, I am licensed to sell life insurance and was partenered up with a company in the financial services business. I have tried a lot of things in the past but am very excited about the business I am with now. It is something that I can do around my childrens schedule and all the other things I have going on in my life...anyway i will stop now since I have wrote a book ..lol...my site is in my signature line if you are interested...or you can pm me
