I would put in the ISBN number and they would never buy any books. The books were always in good condition. Many people complained about that site.

Great thread and advice. I have way too many books and am running out of space! The cash4books sounds tempting because it sounds like it's already mostly taken care of for you but if it got bad reviews I don't want to waste my time. It sounds like Amazon is the best bet.

I personally like selling on Amazon. Just be sure to see what the books ranking is before you list it. If it is in the 100-50,000 rank more than likely it will sell somewhat quick if priced properly, between 50,000-100,000 will take a bit longer to sell but should still if priced properly. Always be sure to properly rate the book so people get what they are expecting.
Also be sure that you will at least make some profit after getting your shipping supplies and paying for shipping. I just sold a book and ended up at a break even because of the cost of shipping. I never heard of the cash4books.net site but will definitely check them out. |
