Initials Inc. vs Thirty-One

Hello Ladies, anyone out there previously with Thirty-One (Director or above) that is now with Initials Inc.? I would love to hear your pros vs cons. I am a current Thirty-One Director seriously looking into Initials inc.

I have several friends in both. As an unbiased shopper, I think they're both very similar. In Orange County, CA there are lot of 31 reps and I meet them all the time at local vendor shows. PM me if you'd like to connect with my friend who sells for Initials right now . ~Janette

I would love to hear about your decision to leave 31. I'm trying to decided between 31 and Initials. Any advice you could give would be appreciated.
