Default Do people homeschool kids other than their own

Have a 5 year old who is in pre-k this year, he is testing at the 2-3 year old level. He has been very sick since birth and misses alot of school. I feel he needs specialized attention, but don't want him to be "labeled" in school. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, but check your state law. In GA, parents may hire a tutor to educate their children. It may vary from state to state.
