Default Did You Know that Mela Has a Weight Loss Site?

I just found out that there is a weight loss component to "M" - Did anyone else know this? It's a really neat site and format. The site has places to log in work outs, food eaten and blog with others as well as measure yourself and so forth - it is like weight watchers only a little more high tech. There is a really neat motivation as well. There is a 90 day challenge whereby you pay upfront and for each day you log in your food you get 1.00 back up to 90.00 back just for logging in each day! After that the site is 6.00 per month!

Our local hospital has a website that is similar but it's through the American Heart Association. Best part...it's free!!!

That's great--I knew about the site, but not the 90 day challenge. Did you sign up, sheribell?

Keep me posted on how you do, sheribell! I really like the Access bars and incorportate those into my workouts. Have you tried those? They are delicious! Scientifically proven to fat into fuel, gotta love that!

Heard about the site but I wasn't informed of the 90 day challenge. That was a useful story I think. I hope day by day it will improve and serve better quality.

Default Here's How it Works

The weight loss site has nothing to do with the product line although the products certainly will help. It is merely a site to go to so you can blog, log in your food and exercise, get tips...etc... They challenge you with $$ which is very motivating to most people (like me.) Simply by accessing the site and logging in your food you get a dollar a day for 90 days (i.e. 90 dollars) back!

That's cool. I've been on sites like that but never got around to logging in as much as I should have. It's great to be in a place with like-minded people though.
