Diet and exercise is the answer
There are many programs out there that can help you transition into better eating... I used one and it worked well for me. You asked about the best exercise to lose weight? It really depends on you and more than likely only a personal trainer can answer that for you. If you go get a gym membership they usually come with a free personal training session if they are a bigger gym. Strength training and cardio along with eating better is what helped me to lose 25 lbs. Reply if you have any questions
