Diet and exercise is the answer There are many programs out there that can help you transition into better eating... I used one and it worked well for me.

You asked about the best exercise to lose weight? It really depends on you and more than likely only a personal trainer can answer that for you. If you go get a gym membership they usually come with a free personal training session if they are a bigger gym.

Strength training and cardio along with eating better is what helped me to lose 25 lbs. Reply if you have any questions

Hi William,

I agree that proper nutrition and exercise is the way to go for healthy, long term weight loss. If you would be interested in a new first of it's kind product line that gives you this complete nutrition and enhances weight loss let me know. It also includes and e-trainer and text reminders plus a handy meal planner! Feel free to get in touch if you would like some step by step guidance.

Cheers

Rachel

Weight loss is a great concern for my sister too. I watch her doing too many things for losing her weight. So, found it really interesting to read your story.

Also consider what type of exercise you like to do. It seems like you would be motivated more to do someone you like than something you dread doing and can talk yourself out of.

I like to do the dance videos like Zumba or Just Dance. And, other games like Wii Sports, etc. Some people really like to run.

The more you move the better so I suggest picking something that motivates you to action.

I lost 25 lbs by dieting and exercising, but it took time (about a year). You have to change your habits to make it work for the long run. If you have a phone that can download apps you should check out My Fitness Pall (they also have an online version too). It's a calorie and exercise counter, and it helped me change my ways.
Exercise, and don't starve yourself!
