I did the comparisions before I joined MonaVie and can tell you that it has more protein, fiber, vitamins and nutrition packed into it than just about anything else out there.

It uses quality ingredients such as whey and dark cocoa (for added antioxidants) and no artificial anything.

There have been posts here about soy allergy issues, artificial sweeteners and issues with stomach upset. MonaVie has none of those issues and is gluten free.

Vemma is simple, convenient and complete. Some people claim they are losing weight just on the regular Vemma formula becaise it is complete nutrtion so the body does not feel the need to overeat or crave sweets. However, we also have a new weight-loss line called Bod-E coming January 2012(pre-orders accepted in 17 days). There are no shakes and the system includes daily text reminders and tips. I've tried them all but for overall taste, value and nutrition, I'd have to suggest the MonaVie.

It comes in individual packets as well as tubs and all you need is water. can't get more convenient than that!
