Smile Shake recipes

Threw some raw almonds into my chocolate shake this morning...crushed ice and it was a delicious chocolate almond shake.

Plenty of protein, fiber vitamins and 10 servings of fruits and veggies all in a shake that tasts like dessert. What could be better!

Anyone with little ones should consider it...half a shake would do and you will never have a problem getting kids to drink chocolate shakes!

I use unsweetened almond milk in my shakes sometimes. I know some people post about mixing in fruit, but I don't really like fruit that much (I know weird). I don't usually like anything sweet tasting in the morning.

I love chocolate and peanut butter with my shake mix I use the powdered peanut butter less calories and fat for a yummy peanut butter cup shake!

Oh yeah, I do love peanut butter! I'll have to get some powder. I didn't know you could buy it that way. I think that would be easier mixing too.

Question Powdered vs regular peanut butter

How much calorie and fat is added by using peanut butter or peanut powder?

Default That sounds interesting

That sounds really good Loretta.

I have also thought of a few dark chocolate chips into the vanilla. I am a little reluctant to make it less healthy but I a little chocolate is actually good for you.

Chocolate mint is probably my favorite. I'll add in a giant handful of spinach and you can't even taste it!

I use Yum Drops flavoring to avoid the calories, etc.
