You can learn about the Yum Drops at YumDropsFlavoring.com. It's not the fanciest of websites, but if it works that's all that matters.

I became an affiliate, since I use the product but I just use it as a link on my blog. I don't use the product every day but once in awhile I use it in my water. I use to put it my coffee, but I haven't had coffee lately.

My daily shake/smoothie is the following:

- 1 cup or so of Milk
- 2-3 tablespoons of greek style yogurt (twice the protein)
- 1 tablespoon raw flax seed or hemp seed
- 1 Scoop Juice Plus+ Complete protein powder - Contains 17 fruits and vegetables
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ
- 1 banana
- 1 large carrot
- 1 cup or so raw spinach
- 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
- 4 large frozen strawberries
- 1 tsp Spirulina powder

I share this every morning with my 2 yr old daughter

I love the fact that you share your shake with your daughter. It is never too early to start them on a lifetime of good nutrition. Their growing bodies need it and not enough time is not an excuse with all of the good quality shakes out there.

Hi MillieJ,
Chocolate and almond makes great combination and great for health. This is the recipe of my protein shake, feel free to comment on it.
5 ounces of water
4 ice cubes
2 tbs heavy whipping cream
5 ounces coffee
2 scoops chocolate protein powder.

I like this thread too because everyone is using different shake products. It looks like you can substiture your own personal shake product and then add the rest of the ingredients! So great. Thank you, as I am just going to be starting a new program! I decided to try the Fit Essentials 30-day program from Arbonne.

Shakeology blended with ice, water and a spoonful of peanut butter!!
