Yes, thank you! I was feeling very old, aching joints, etc. I still can't believe the weight is actually coming off. I feel so much better and now I walk around with no aches or pains.

The last 2.5 months have been such a whirlwind for me as it went by so quickly and my life changed so quickly thanks to my new found health, energy, body, etc. Looking back at the past year I think I have gone through more change recently than the entire year altogether.

Going into the new year on a high note is such a blessing. I met my goal to earn my products free every month. I have the incredible opportunity to help other people change their lives and earn their product free, which helps them not only transform their bodies and their health but also save money.

My head is spinning from the results and the results I am seeing in the people I'm helping. There's no hype, there's no...this will work eventually, there's no waiting for results, it's just pure and simple visual results one after the other.

Words can't express the great feeling I have from listening to results this evening. I talked to a couple of family members who started the BBS last week. They have both lost 6 pounds each so far. The excitement they show is incredible to hear. And it goes beyond weight loss. It's just as exciting to hear, "I'm not hungry," "I feel so much better," "I've learned to make better food choices." This is an all around amazing feeling.

Results is where it's at. Stay tuned for more.

New picture coming soon of me in my new Ravens super bowl t-shirt!!!! This of course after they take care of business this weekend...lol.

I had a picture of me in my previous shirt but I'm having a hard time finding it. I was so looking forward to putting that big Ravens mens t-shirt side by side with a picture of me wearing a cute new t-shirt.

Results are still coming in. My niece and sister-in-law have lost 10 and 8.5 pounds respectively after two weeks. And, they are both losing inches.

If you're not seeing results with your program, stop wasting time and money and get with something where people are truly changing their bodies and their health.

Sorry I haven't been back here in what seems like forever. Things are hoppin' over on fb.

Wow, I don't know where to begin with the updates. I'll start with *me* I guess. I've now lost 31 pounds since the end of October. So very pleased with myself...ha, ha...but really it's thanks to Yoli. I've tried a gazillion other things and Yoli blessed me with products that allowed me to discover a new me.

There are a lot of transformations to report so I'll just pick a couple I find very personally rewarding.

The most AMAZING one, is my nephew who is down 16 pounds in 10 days AND off his prescription heartburn medicine. I'm so very happy for him!

I'm over the moon with how wonderful it is to see my sister who has lost 22 pounds to date. She started a couple weeks before Christmas, took off a couple weeks, and started again on Jan 2nd. She was just hitting some health issues that I know I was headed for...but we're working on changing that now. I'm incredibly grateful that she is improving her health.

Lots more people reporting in results. My fb page is updated regularly but I'll try to pop in here more often.

I want to clear up some confusion. On the Better Body System we EAT FOOD EVERYDAY. Some people are confused thinking the system is a liquid diet. The Better Body System is not a liquid diet.

Our protein shake is just one piece of the puzzle and is NOT a meal replacement.

Our products are geared toward optimal health in a whole host of areas of the body...not just weight loss. Weight loss just happens to be a benefit for those of us trying to lose weight.

Hi all! Just checking in for the week.

I am only 7 pounds away from my weight loss goal! I never imagined that day in October when I decided to go for it and order my Better Body System that it would change my life to this degree.

People may think 40 pounds isn't a lot to have to lose, but I've been trying to lose it for YEARS. To get to this point in just over 3 months seems hardly even real. I'm just so thankful that I'm finally meeting my goals!

And the whirlwind of people coming in and taking advantage of the system is incredible. Never have I had people thank me so deeply and sincerely for helping them change their lives. It's incredible the personal details people have revealed about their health and how the system has saved them from suffering from one ailment or another. The weight loss is just a bonus.

When I started this journey it was about me losing weight to regain my energy and strength. I've found that this journey has become much bigger than me and my weight loss goals but has become more about helping others change their lives for the better. People have come in to my life who are facing serious weight/physical issues. I play just a small role in helping, but I'm blessed they have invited me to be a part of their journey.

Thank you! I sent you an email. Sorry it took me a couple days to get back here. I was enjoying a family weekend out of town.

The team was cranking while I was away though as they added new customers and members. We have a great mix of people young, old, male, female using the products. They are seeing success they can relate to in areas of weight loss and beyond. It's quite a pleasure to be working with such lovely people.
