Besides the quailty of their products, what "perks" does your company offer?

The free customers aren't the only perk Beachbody offers. They are now waiving the coaching sign-up fee if someone purchases a new Challenge Pack and wants to become a coach. The challenge packs are discounted and include a workout, a month of Shakeology and a free 30-day trial of Team Beachbody Club, where people can get personalized meal plans, a 10% discount on purchases, expert advice from the trainers that lead the Beachbody videos (like Tony Horton, Shaun T and Chalene Johnson), etc.

Beachbody also waives ALL coaching fees -- the $39.95 sign-up fee and the $14.95 monthly fee for two Web sites -- for active-duty military AND their immediate family. I'm not in the military, but I think that is a really great perk for a group of people who deserve more appreciation and support.

As far as training goes, I think Beachbody takes care of us very well there, too. We have an interactive Coach Training Academy with hours of lessons on how to build your business. The team I'm on offers social media training, weekly training calls and webinars, and lots more; there's also a national call every week with motivational and informational talks from company leaders.

I don't want to sound all spammy, but I could go on. I've been so impressed with the training and support Beachbody offers us!

My company has always had a fabulous training program in Monavie University.

However, they are now going a step further and taking distributors, who qualify, on a free cruise with onboard training by some of the best self-help gurus in the industry. Now we will be able to enjoy an all expense paid cruise while improving our business and life skills.

Lots of distributors have already qualified with more qualifying every day.

In addition to one of the best compensation plans in the industry, this cruise for gold perk is scheduled to become a regular part of our comp package.

I seriously don't know where to begin! My company offers several different levels of achievements with the capability of earning up to $100,000 in the first 15 months on their fast track to success program. Once someone becomes a senior director they receive a check for a car payment and even more if the car is green. Each year a dream trip is offered to encourage activity and the dream trip provides extensive training. Each week everyone's personal team receives coaching calls and their are also dream calls that provide continuous insight from the veterans. Some other prizes are Ipads and an other array of things that would be to long to post about.

I don't think any company tops mine. Besides being a great company with great support and training and a REALLY generous payplan, my company just rewarded me with two unheard of ways to recruit and retain distributors.

One Two Free lets anyone get free product if they recruit just two customers who order product. And, my free product is IN ADDITION to paying my commissions and bonuses on the sales volume.

And, all active distributors have access to the company Perks program. I can get discounts on just about everything I buy. Just dropped by Play it Again Sports to look at bikes...will get a discount if I buy, Target online...discount. 4 of my local pizzerias are also offering discounts. Gap, Apple, Addias, JC Penney, Walmart discounts...movies, sporting events, prescriptions, medical supplies for diabetics...all discounts.

There are companies that sell these plans for $75 a month or even more and my company rewards me with the program for free!

Solid compensation plan is the best benefit for me.
Everything else that everyone is talking about comes along with our program.
But when you have a solid product, and a proven compensation plan; then everything else - the trips, the bonuses, etc....just fall in line.

Any good company knows that it is easier to keep a customer than it is to get a new one. The truly great companies also know that it is easier to reward and value their distributors than it is to keep recruiting new ones.
