I am having the same issue. I get cut off and then there are no more tasks for the day. Its 11pm EST and I have no tasks.

Looks like the problem resolves itself at the end of your 3rd week. I never did hear anything official from LF, but mine just straightened itself out last night, and this is the second night I have been able to break the 2 hour mark. That would have been great to know from the start though! I thought it was odd that the rater homepage made me log in again last night. I think I have been logged in steady for 2 weeks at least up until last night. I guess they changed something in my account. Anyway, wait it out folks, it gets better.

Glad it worked out for you JFM, my first day was 2/25 but unfortunately I am still having the same problems. In fact a couple of days this week I could only get around 1.5 hours. I will keep my fingers crossed that next week will be better

I'm sorry to hear it. I wish they would respond to somebody's email with some clarification on this. Hopefully it clears up for you soon. There were a few days before mine was corrected that I only got 1.1 and 1.2 hours for the day.

Hi,
I have had the same problems with working beyond 2.5 hrs. I wrote in today, asking about whether or not there is a glitch in the system or if there was something on my end that had to be done. I received an email, stating this was normal and letting me know when the optimal hours of work would be (btwn. 12-4 pacific time). I am usually trying to work around this time and haven't seen a difference, so all I can do is check in periodically as per their suggestion. I ran out yesterday by 11am pt and didn't see any more work later that night. Its a mystery... |

I just wanted to bump this to see if there were any updates? I've been with LF for over a month now and still getting NRT after about 2 hours - does this eventually stop or is it technical thing that I should contact them for?

I've never had a problem, but I usually work really late like 7pm-3am eastern.
