I had the same experience. Applied months ago, got the response that they weren't hiring at that time and finally just passed the tests and was hired. Don't give up!!

I am currently applying for internet assessor job.
How does one prepare for the test? Does the company send you material from which to prepare? Can you give some idea what type of test it is?
