Welcome to our Gold Canyon family Kristen! How exciting! Well I live in Michigan so I am not very close to Phoenix, but I plan to be out there for convention in August! =) Hey, that's great, you won't even need a plane ticket to get there!

I live in the Macomb area, so not too far from St Clair Shores! =) So, do you like Arizona better? Or do you miss the cold? =)

Tina it's a tough call. I definitely miss the snow some days, the leaves, fall, the spring and mot of all WATER! Having said that Arizona has such a unique beauty to it. It's so unforgiving and extreme, kind of like Lake Superior...dangerously beautiful! Plus it's 73 today and the weather in the winter is so worth it.

A quick question please? What is the minimum to stay active and to get your over ride checks? I read on my website that it is 900.00 in 9 months to stay active, but then read 250.00 to be considered an active consultant.

I venture to think they mean 250.00 a month in sales to get over ride comissions and 900.00 in 9 months just to stay a consultant in general with out overrides. Am I right??

Yes, it sounds like you pretty much have it! =) The minimum requirement to remain a Fragrance Consultant is as your read, to earn 900 in personal volume within a rolling 9 month period. So, since you are starting in January, you're required to earn 900 in personal volume by October. =) Easy to do! =) There are monthly leadership bonuses, advancement bonuses and incentives that we can earn as consultants too, which is why Gold Canyon also tracks whether or not we active within a month.To be considered "active" within a month you need to have a minimum of 250 in personal volume, but this is NOT a requirement to do each month to remain a fragrance consultant (just the 9 in 9). We can earn an extra 2% to 11% in BONUS override commissions based on our personal volume each month! =) Hope this helps! Let us know if you have any additional questions! ~Tina
