In late '10 I purchased a new custom made sensory vest for my then 8 year old son (with Asperger's Syndrome). He didn't take to it, so I didn't use it. He only wore it for 5 minutes, one time!
I purchased the vest for $69 from a seller on eBay who makes weighted and pressure vests, as well as other products for sensory. She does an awesome job... just turns out my son responds better to weight than to pressure. You never know till you try! I'd like to sell the vest and use the funds to decorate his bathroom! lol I'm only asking $45 for the vest which has been hanging on a wooden hanger unused for 14 months. Please PM me if you'd like more info, or a photo. I can email the details to you. The vest is black with very wide velcro closures. This is the original seller/maker: PRESSURE VEST XS-XL 6 prints WEIGHTED ITEMS AUTISM | eBay But the vest show here is for a smaller child. The one I'm selling is a medium and sells for $69. Thanks in advance! Happy to answer any questions. ~Wendy
