Does anyone know of a place where I can buy some cases of those $1 chocolate bars and not have to pay for shipping? I am planning on ordering about 10-15 cases to start with and see how good they sell.

With shipping running anywhere from $50-70 the kids won't make that much money unless we buy 100 cases but the group can't afford that many right now.

When I taught at a school who did a lot of fundraisers, we found a local person who made chocolate roses (we did this around Valentine's Day), and we took the orders first and then he delivered them to us (or one of the teacher's may have gone to pick them up at one point). This cost us nothing in shipping, and we were not out any money on the front end.

All that to say, if you can't find another option, maybe see if you have anyone locally who does this.

If you're not sold on the chocolate bars there are many other types of fundraisers that allow you to take the orders and collect the money up front, but I do undertsand the appeal of the chocolate bars---sell them on the spot and nothing to deliver another time.
