I believe this list has been around for a while (you'll need to change my product info to yours) but I have found it very helpful and my customers like having a variety of ways to use our products.

Enjoy!

PS. My favorite is the Watermelon Bread! YUMMY!!!
BEER BREAD VARIATIONS
Substitute This INSTEAD of Beer

Hawaiian Bread- Mountain Dew

Cinn-A-Dew- Mountain Dew, ½ c cinnamon chips, sprinkle with 1 T sugar

Ginger Bread- Root Beer, ½ c molasses, 1 scoop Chai tea, no butter on top

Cherry Bread- Black Cherry Soda and chopped Marchino cherries

Cherry Bread Variation- Dr. Pepper and chopped cherries

Cranberry Orange Bread- Orange Juice and chopped cranberries

Orange Bread- Orange Crush and drained mandarin oranges

Peanut Butter Bread- Cream Soda and ½ c peanut butter chips. Top with a powder sugar glaze

Banana Bread- 2 c of real ripe bananas and 8oz. Sunny Delight

Pumpkin Bread- 12 oz. Orange Soda, 12 oz. can pure pumpkin, Sprinkle Instant Mulling Spice on top

Pizza Dough- 1 c and 3 - 4 T Beer. Mix well. Cover. Let sit 5 min. Roll onto floured surface, put into pizza pan, bake at 325 for 15 - 20 min. Try using the Billy T's Garlic and Herb Pesto (includes sundried tomatoes) as pizza sauce.

Drop Biscuits- 12 oz. Buttermilk

Corn Bread- 15 oz. creamed corn and 1/3 c oil (NO BEER OR POP)

Spicy Corn Bread- 15 oz. creamed corn and 1/3 c Red Pepper Oil (NO BEER OR POP)

To make the following, use beer and:

Herb Bread Spinach (fresh or Billy T's Rancho Spinach dip) and Billy T's Garlic and Herb Pesto to taste

Garlic Bread ½ c parmesan cheese and Garlic to taste

Italian Bread Add Billy T's Garlic and Herb Pesto to taste

Bacon Loaf Add Bacon

Seasoned Bread Add Billy T's Astoundin' Steak season

Focciaca Bread Add 3 T Billy T's Garlic and Herb Pesto, spread to 1" thickness on baking stone, brush with olive oil, bake for 15 - 20 min

It is recommended that you use Bud or Coors because any of your dark beers give the bread a bitter taste.

Other:
Spread some applesauce on the Beer Bread, toast it
on the grill and enjoy!

Beer Bread Breadsticks:
To make breadsticks, just mix with beer as you usually do. Instead of putting the dough into a pan, make it into rows and place on a cookie sheet. The cooking time is shorter than for a regular loaf. The bottom of the breadsticks will sometimes burn so it's best to put the cookie sheet on the middle or top shelf of the oven.

Watermelon Bread
1 Billy T's Buckboard Beer Bread
1 can Code Red Mountain Dew
1 cup chocolate chips
Optional: Green sprinkles on top of bread for added effect

Cook per directions on the Beer Bread package.

Irish Soda Bread
1 box Buckboard Beer Bread
12 oz. can carbonated beverage (beer, club soda, or Mountain Dew)
2 cups raisins
1 Tbsp. caraway seeds
Method

Heat oven to 375°. Combine Buckboard Beer Bread, raisins, and caraway seeds in a large bowl and stir. Stir in carbonated beverage and quickly and firmly stir together for 20-30 seconds. DO NOT OVER MIX. Batter will be lumpy. Pour into greased 9" loaf pan and bake 50-55 minutes. Wonderful straight out of oven or let cool completely before slicing.
