I accidentally ran across a bag of work out bands I had misplaced and I decided to give them a try. They work like using circuit training machines, but the resistance is in the strong rubber bands.Has anyone tried these things long enough to get some good results? I am hoping they build my muscle enough to burn more calories. I tried the thicker bands and I almost couldn't stretch the darn things. hehe When I was a teen I had more muscle mass and I burned off calories so fast, so hoping this jump starts things.
