Smile Does Anyone Do Zumba or Zumba Fitness on Wii?

Hey Everyone....GET EXCITED & STAY EXCITED™!!!

I was curious to know if anyone does Zumba (like using the CDs or taking classes) or Zumba Fitness on Wii??

I just started a 90 Day Health Challenge and I'm implementing Zumba as part of my workout... I don't have time to go to the gym or classes... so I was fortunate enough to have a friend buy a Nintendo Wii for me for Christmas with the Zumba Fitness 2 game with a mat and weights as well as 2 other sports games...

I seriously burned a lot of calories doing the Zumba Fitness 2 game the very first time... I even hit the expert level on my first try, lol. It is super fun though... I'm loving it... and I work my muscles by adding wrist and ankle weights that came with the system for that game.

So what do any of you do??

Blessings, Love & Light...

That's cool!! Glad to hear I'm not the only one working out this way, lol...

I don't even know what Wii fit is, lol. I'm a technical person, just haven't been up to date with a lot of these things.

I know I have like Wii Sports and Wii Resorts that came with it as well as the Zumba Fitness 2.

I feel like a lil kid again, lol....

Thanks for sharing!!

I tried Zumba a couple of times as dancing is a more fun way to exercise for me but I didn't enjoy the classes - I tried 2 different teachers. I think it's a case of finding the right person as they will all have their different styles.

I am doing Ceroc and will take up more Salsa classes

I love the idea of dancing the pounds away, but I'm probably going to start Wii exercise stuff in the summer. Right now I'd only be able to workout in the evenings and I'd have to hang out with my husband in the room and that might be a bit demoralizing to have him watching me and the wii from his corner of the room.

Question Comparison of Wii Dance Games?

I have a Wii Fit that I have over 40 hours on and I like the exercises, but I need a lot of variety to keep interested. I also have Fit Active (More Workouts), Gold's Gym Dance Workout and Just Dance 2.

The last 2 I don't really like and because of that I'm hesitating to get the Zumba for Wii. Can anyone give me a comparison of the Zumba to those others to give me an idea if I'd like it or not?

I'd love to hear your opinions!

Lori

Love me some Zumba! I actually went to a class a long time ago, it was awful and I never went back. THEN I had Yahoo!Shine contact me recently to review and giveaway the Zumba Fitness workout package and I absolutely LOVE it. I'm doing a giveaway for that package right now on my blog

It's so much fun!
