Default What supplements /vitamins do you take?

I take a multi, omegas, "D" in the winter, anti-aging and energy supp , and garlic.
Oh and Elderberry and acidopholis!
Whew, sounds like a lot but there are just SO many out there huh?
I try to take the ones that are well-researched and supposed to be very good for us.

Looking into taking a mushroom supp too. Anyone take them for immune health?

Amy, unless you eat the right seafood, most cardiologists( and Dr. Oz too!) recommend taking omegas.
I don't eat any seafood so I take them....
Also, up north here in NY, they say to take D during the winter....

I have to take a maintenance medication for my ulcerative colitis (6 pills a day) so I tend not to take too many extra supplements. I do find that omega 3 from krill oil rather than regular fish oil is more advantageous. I also take vitamin D3, probiotics (15 bacterial strains at 40 billion count) and vitamin C. Based on extensive bloodwork (I have it done 3-4 times a year as ulcerative colitis tends to leach nutrients out of your blood), I am very healthy and have no issues

I take a clinically proven supplement that has vitamins, essential minerals, mangosteen and aloe. It's the most complete liquid nutrition out there. My whole family takes it including my kids and I would not be without it. Wishing everyone good health

Daily I take a multi, vitamin D3, omega 3, spirulina, 7 keto dhea, 5-HTP, coQ 10, CLA, St.John's wort, an herbal supplement for hot flashes, a memory booster complex, and a calcium/magnesium combo. Occasionally I take a B complex and iron. If I get a charley horse, I take potassium for a few days.
