Garlic capsules, tablets or gelcaps are the best supplement I could ever recommend to anyone. Garlic was the the 1 thing that saved people's lives during the middle ages when the bubonic plague was rampant (and why people started thinking garlic keeps vampires away. they thought vampires caused the disease). The garlic peddlers and monks consumed high quantities of garlic every day. They were spared from the illness.

Garlic prevents illnesses, has been suggested to help prevent diabetes, slows weight gain, lowers blood pressure, & improves your resistance to bacteria and fungus. Years ago everyone at our office has ordered takeout and we all ate the same food. Everyone was home sick except for me. They had salmonella. The worst I got was a little diarrhea. I take large amounts of garlic everyday. I generally take 4,000 to 8,000 milligrams a day. Combine the garlic with vitamin C and it helps magnify the healing effects. When I have any cuts they are healed in about 2-3 days.

Try to take it slowly at first. Too much garlic all at once will give you diarrhea. You also cannot take garlic if you are allergic to onions. There's a good chance you will have an allergy to garlic as well.

Everyone knows that fruits and vegetables have high vitamin and mineral content. However, raw foods have a higher content than cooked foods. Heat during the cooking process damages the vitamin and mineral content and kills natural enzymes.

I have started taking all natural ACE in January. I have lost 28lbs by taking it and eating healthier. I also take SABA Pom juice and SABA Borojo juice to help revitalise my cells.

Oh and Elderberry and acidopholis!
Whew, sounds like a lot but there are just SO many out there huh?
I try to take the ones that are well-researched and supposed to be very good for us.

Looking into taking a mushroom supp too. Anyone take them for immune health?

Hi Debra I'm interested in knowing more about the mushroom supp you mention - I haven't heard of it before.

I take a multi, Vit C, flaxseed oil (omega) and calcium.
