Default Shake Recipes

I have been drinking a lot of shakes over the past couple months. I was wanting to see the different shake ideas that everybody has. I have a berry /banana one that I do most mornings.

Smile Vanill Creme is my favorite base

I love our Vanilla Creme. I can throw in almost any fresh fruit or even a few almonds or pecans to change up the flavor.

18 grams of protein, 12 grams of fiber to start my day on the right foot!

My morning meal is usually half a mango with some blueberries, 1/2 C of no salt added cottage cheese sprinkled with cinnamon, and 7 walnuts. It's really good, and ever since I moved away from having breakfast shakes, I've noticed that it makes me feel fuller longer, and is really quite tasty and satisfying.

But I do still enjoy a good shake instead of a regular lunch after a late morning workout, and my favorite recipe is a "banana nut blast" that they made at my old gym:

4 oz of milk (you can use almond milk if you don't like using cow's milk)
2TB natural peanut butter
1 ripe banana
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Ice

Blend it all up until thick and creamy...it's SO good!

Montel Williams Super Energy Smoothie Recipe

-2 pint pineapple
-2 pint watermelon
-2 quarts coconut water
-1 bag baby spinach
-1 bag frozen blueberries
-2 green apples or 2 bananas

Has anyone seen how good he looks? He is really winning the battle against MS.

This is the best way to start my day.
