I must admit - its probably way to much! Some weeks its more then others due to running around with all the kid's activities. Although, looking forward to tonight's dinner at home - Steak

We tend to go out to lunch more than dinner, but it's just me and the kids.
Usually several times a month out for lunch and maybe once for dinner, but nothing fancy

We eat out about two times a week. One really nice meal, and one fast meal! But after looking at this app called Fast Food Restaurants.... it makes me sick to see all the calories in each item of food....

Maybe 2-3x/month. With 4 young kiddos, going out isn't as fun as it used to be!!

My husband and I eat meals out way too often. It is much more difficult to eat "healthy" food at a restaurant. We don't know what's in the food or how they prepare it. At home, we're much more in control.

I'm leaving for a trip tomorrow, and I know we'll be eating most meals out. I hope to maintain my weight during the trip, not gain. I will make no attempt to lose though.

Way too much, but somehow I've still managed to lose weight. I just try to watch my portion sizes and drink lots of water. And of course remaining active.
