My neighbor is doing it and I didn't know it. I was just at her house and asked her if she lost weight - she's lost 5 pounds and that's when she told me she started doing Insanity. She's very athletic and competitive and a program like that helps her stay engaged. I think that if you are the kind of person who will stick with it and do the work, it will absolutely result in great benefits for you.

I know myself, though, and I could never stay consistent working out that long or that frequently, so I'm happy to stick with my kettlebell and turbulence training workouts - 45 minutes tops, 3-4 times a week!

Hope you enjoy the workout!

Insanity worked great for me! I lost several inches off my waist. If you click on my facebook link below you can see my before/after pics. It isn't easy, but it's worth it!
