Default Walk your Belly flat question

Hey all I recently found a walk at home dvd by Leslie Sanasone "Walk Your Belly Flat" its a 3 mile walk dvd I really like it but I'm wondering how much benefit you get out of doing it?

I know as apposed to not exercising at all it has to do some good right? Just curious on what someone else thinks. TIA

Walking is great but best when you switch up the pace every few minutes. Me, I'd get bored doing that inside but I love walking outside, especially beach walks near my house.

For inside, have you tried kickboxing? Very fun and you can do it to your own level, as with any exercise.

I love kickboxing, walking and yoga the best for my work outs.
