Hey all I recently found a walk at home dvd by Leslie Sanasone "Walk Your Belly Flat" its a 3 mile walk dvd I really like it but I'm wondering how much benefit you get out of doing it?
I know as apposed to not exercising at all it has to do some good right? Just curious on what someone else thinks. TIA ~Linda
