I do when I have time but my specific goal isn't to lose weight. I definitely think its a great idea because you can look over it at the end of the day or the week and know what you need to improve on.

I did hear that people who food journal lose more weight and keep it off. I'm just really bad at keeping it up. I start with the best of intentions and then somewhere along the way I stop. But I may try again because I bought a couple of journals when Borders when out of business.

I read your post about "tracking" so I assume you are referring to weight watchers. I have been going to Weight Watchers for a few months now and have to saw when I write down everything I am definitely more aware of what I am eating. Its almost like a game I play with myself..... Writing down 3 pieces of pizza though does not feel good to do I will tell you that much...
