Default Overweight and Considering Weight Loss Surgery.

I am currently 100+ pounds overweight. I've tried every diet on planet earth and I just cannot keep the weight off. I cannot afford these national programs and I have tried unsuccessfully to do my own programs. I did lose 70 pounds once and then I gained it all back plus some.

I am now at a desperate state because I now have high blood presure, I get dizzy a lot, my knees and feet hurt and I am having trouble breathing.

I am considering the least evasive Weight Loss surgery.

Has anyone here had the LapBand? If so, what has your success been? Challenges? Did it work?

Please help! I've got 2 small children that I need to be here for. I'm only 37!

I don't have any advice on the weight loss surgery Bluelady, but I will keep you in my prayers. Research as much as you can before you make your decision.

I read your post and kind of hear your frustration. All I can think is...oh my gosh she must feel so frustrated. I can't say that I was 100 overweight but when you feel miserable you feel miserable no matter how much you have to loose. So, I can say I kind of know how you feel when nothing seems to work.

I haven't had surgery. I think it would be to scary, not to mention expensive.

Have you ever been connected to others trying to loose weight? Sharing stories and encouraging each other is so powerful. My group is doing that now and it's just amazing how you can connect so quickly with people when they so openly talk about weight loss struggles. People truly understand and are there for you.

I truly hope you find something that works for you. Please explore all your options.

I would use any kind of surgery as a completely last resort...it still a surgery and you mentioned you have small children, They need you. I lost 45 pounds last summer by following Arbonne's feeling fit kit and working out. The weight just melted off. The one thing I found about following the Arbonne Essentials line is that eventually, I was able to eliminate my carb/sugar addictions. When I am hungry now, crave protein and healthy snacks. PM me I can get you my number to find out more. Please be careful. Best wishes.
