Default What is your favorite workout?

My favorite workout program has to be Hip Hop Abs but I also love dancing to dvds from artist like Ciara and the late Aaliyah. I just pop in the dvd rewind and slo mo to learn the moves and then do them. Fun way to stay fit!

I also make up some of my own moves I did that while I was cooking yesterday (random! lol)

What is your favorite workout?

Back in college I used to run on our indoor track there I loved it but now since I graduated and take care of the kids I never get to go anywhere LOL

Dancing is definitely a fave.

How long do you run for or the distance traveled?

I used to run a mile in about 11 minutes at the fastest but 20 at my slowest.

Favorite workout?

That's easy.. an elliptical machine. Just sold my old one to my neighbor and bought a new and improved one! I absolutely love the way it makes me feel, and I can workout rain or shine.

As for me I like to do push-ups.
It's rather hard, but very active and effective!

Zumba for me. I haven't done it for a month or so but I'm going to get back in to it when school starts again.

I do the MET training. I enjoy the benfits of cardio and lifting weights in one workout session. This is how I leaned out for my last competition. I like it because I don't have to be on a boring treadmill or machine. I have the program on my blog but I don't know if it is ok to post here.
