45 minutes of weight lifting (including warmup) and 15 minutes of HIIT. Add in 10 minutes to stretch and I'm door-to-door in 70 minutes. I only exercise 3-4 times per week!

I wouldn't have time exercise longer or more frequently, so fortunately, I've found some very efficient workouts that keep me extremely fit and strong with this limited time availability.

I would LOVE to do more and used to run daily, bike ride for hours, ride horses all day long, do equestrian vaulting, and weight training (not in that order daily, lol).... but now I only have time for either a run (3-5 miles) or a class at the gym (1 hour) daily...I have a 2 yr old and a 3 yr old with me all day, so I feel at least I am not making excuses and doing what I can

I think the worst is to just do NOTHING...we are all so busy with working at home and kids, it is so easy to make excuses and just not find the time. I commend everyone who gets out there and gets their workout on!!!

Actually I do my fifteen minutes workout everyday.
And it's rather enough to be in good mood and health.

I can only handle about 15-20 minutes of exercise a day, sometimes I will do it twice a day if I'm feeling energetic, otherwise I just get too worn out and tired for the rest of the day. I know, I need to work on that

I am on a four-day split and train for 60 min on those days. I include plyometrics with my weight training so I don't have to do the traditional cardio equipment.

I work out every other day for 90 minutes. i tried every day, but I never seemed to make that work. I found myself making excuses for a day here and there and eventually didn't work out at all.

Every other day works for me and I have successfully managed to fit it into my schedule. I'm an early riser, so it's the very first thing I do and it helps me to set the tone for the remainder of the day. I luv my beachbody excercises and my Nordic Track Skier. I think the hardest part is working it into your schedule and giving it the priority it warrants.

Here's to the success of each and every one!

I work a full time job and a home based business, so I get hard to get a lengthy workout in. I do at 20-30 workouts. My favorite is Zumba, but I've been favoring my step aerobics lately.
