I'm trying to get 30-40 minutes. But I do plan on buying the new Firm set that is talking about getting in 20 what you could get in 40 minutes. Working smarter, not harder sounds good to me!

I do cardio 5 times a week and mix it up between powerwalking, elliptical and stationary bike to keep my body guessing. Each session is 30-45 minutes, depending on how I feel. I also add 30 minutes for circuit training for a full body workout along with weight training-alternating days for upper body and abs and then lower body and abs.

Do I skip a day occasionally - absolutely. however, I make darn sure I don't skip two days in a row, even if I have to workout out at 10 pm or 5 am ... the only exception is if I am sick ...
